The rooms were really nice, staff was very accommodating. The rooms didn’t have phones to call the helpdesk, but they did have WhatsApp, which allowed you to communicate with them. The bar upstairs was amazing for late night drinks and good ambience.

Overall, we had a lovely stay at Hotel Motto. The room was as expected and the onsite amenities were above average. The location to nearby restaurants and shopping, as well as proximity to public transportation made this a very easy choice. Hotel staff were professional and all interactions were positive.

The hotel is beautiful, with comfortable beds and a nice restaurant with bar. The hotel location is close to the subway but it’s not in the best area of Vienna. You have to take the subway to the main areas of Vienna. But overall it’s a great hotel.
