Fantastic location: just outside the inner ring, so not as expensive as staying in the inner ring, but easy to get to the transit stops, the Opera, the Kunst Museum, the Hofburg, etc. Surprisingly quiet, very clean, good breakfast, helpful staff... would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has a central location but there is no comfort, the towels are horrible old and low quality, the breakfast room is outdated food presentation is poor and poor variety some of the item don’t look fresh coffee also deficient no proper cups can’t get an American coffee. Lacks proper ventilation. The staff is courteous.

Pleasant hotel in the city

We were there for a conference but wanted to stay in the city centre. Reasonable price and next to Karlsplatz station and easy walk to the tourist areas. Friendly staff, breakfast is expensive but good cheap cafe close by. Large, quiet and comfortable room.

Wonderful location close to all the man central attractions, and convenient to the Karlsplatz U - Bahn. The breakfast was wonderful! We had opera tickets and it was so convenient to walk to the Opera House (5 mins) for the performance.
