Staff were super friendly, and the room and bathroom were hugely and clean. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and the area felt really safe. Breakfast was impressive, with loads of fresh produce to choose from and we had eggs made on request, which set us up for a long travel day! Would definitely recommend!

This was an excellent place to stay: pleasant, helpful staff, beautiful breakfast, reasonable rate for a bit of laundry that we needed, so willing to help arrange transfers to the train. The hotel was a good place to stay. Just outside of city center, but quite walkable and the metro stop was a short 1 min walk. The staff was very friendly, the room spacious and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants within walking distance for those too tired to go anywhere kind of nights!!

Highly Recommended Hotel in Vienna

Spiess and Spiess is an excellent hotel with a great staff and great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful when one of my daughters got sick. They called a doctor who came within an hour and we were able to move on with the day. The breakfast is excellent and it is two minutes from the underground. The room was a suite with two actual bedrooms and very comfortable.
