We're sorry to hear that you had that experience here at the Wingate. We make sure that our head housekeeper inspects every room once it is cleaned by our room attendants each day. As for any interactions with my self at the desk I only interacted with the older gentleman that checked in this reservation and I reviewed the video footage with audio that does not accurately reflect this review and also a younger gentleman who requested new keys shortly after your arrival. And for the noise experienced, we are under renovations, however I checked our footage and again it does not reflect your review, we limit our work from 930am-6pm in order to lessen any inconveniences for our guests.Have a nice day.

We're sorry to hear that we missed placing that soap in your room but we're glad our staff members were able to fix that for you. As for your billing even if you do choose the pay at the hotel option through a 3rd party we do take the authorizations in the afternoon for all of our arrivals the day of. When it comes to the prepaid option those payments are taken by the 3rd party at the time of booking and then we charge their account on the day of arrival. I hope this helped clear up any confusion and we hope you have a nice rest of your day.

We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your time with us. As the GM I was on shift that night and within 30 mins that problem was resolved with those loud patrons being evicted. As for our property we are in the beginning steps of our full remodel to address those issues and when it comes to any smells like smoke we could have offered you any number of rooms to better suit you had we known about that issue. We are working to get that pool fixed as soon as we can as we know a lot of people bring kids on the weekends for a night out to swim. Unfortunately our rooms do not have USB chargers right now and when we get our new equipment during our upcoming remodel they will have those in the future. As for our noise tolerance policy we do evict noisy guests who impact others stays but that requires that we are informed about these issues at the time. If in the future you experience these issues I highly recommend contacting the front desk immediately so that we can effectively take care of that. Its our goal to provide every guest with a quality stay and a quiet nights rest and we hope we have the opportunity to give that to you and your family again in the future.
