"総合的に見て、コストパフォーマンスが高い。
朝食はバリエーション、質共に良し。室内も広く、清潔で、アメニティは比較的に充実している。スタッフの対応も申し分ない。屋上のバーやプールは、昼は周りの工事による騒音がうるさかったが、夜は中々良かった。
悪い点はあまりないが、ホテル至近にレストランやコンビニがないことくらいか。"

"When I made the payment by cash while cheking out, the hotel should have reversed the charge they made on my credit card earlier. They did not do it.
When my PA wrote to them about it, the mail bounced back for some reason. When she tried to reach them over phone, no one answered the phone.
Finally, I have now written to Booking.com to intervene and resolve the issue."
