I spent my vacation comfortably thanks to the very clean and kind staff. However, the unfortunate thing is that there are not many restaurants and places to shop around the hotel. Excellent hotel. The facility is attractive, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is top-notch. The spa, gym, and pool are also very good. If I find myself in Vientiane again, I'll gladly return to the Crowne Plaza.

Having travelled for a few weeks and staying in all sorts of accommodation, it was luxury to stay at the Crown Plaza. From the helpful smiling staff to the cleanlimess, choice of food options, swimming pool and quality bedding towels etc I did not want to leave. They even put petals on our bed and presented us with beautiful cakes for our wedding anniversary. I can highly recommend a stay at CP? You wont be disappointed.
