"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"After coming to Lugano many times a year for more than 15 years, I discovered what is the best place to stay.
Where do I start? The Havana Deck Cigar4 Lounge overlooking the Lake or the Japanese Restaurant? The room was spotless with Personal AC, Japanese bidet in the toilet, out-of-this-world water pressure, breathtaking views, your own balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the lake, super comfy mattress and pillows. and last but not least the hotel cat Aki, which means Autumn in Japanese!"

"Stunning hotel with beautiful views of Lake Como. The room was spotless and looked as if we were the first guests in it because it was so clean. The highest end fixtures and finishings I’ve ever seen in any hotel. The breakfast was nothing less than 5 Star. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the best in Como. "Lovely hotel and grounds.
We had a room on the 3rd floor with two balconies affording us stellar views of the mountains and lake. The rearward facing balcony was quiet and peaceful.
We through the doors open and had a lovely breeze all evening.
The pool is lovely and there were plants of lounge chairs for reading and relaxing + two showers.
We don’t eat at the hotel but great coffee is just down the street and there are a few restaurants in either direction.

Tolles Frühstück! Parkmöglichkeiten direkt im Hof kosten extra, sind aber sicher und sehr praktisch. Anfahrt nach Navi war ein bisschen verzwickt, kann aber an uns gelegen haben.
