"Room was spotless and well presented. Bathroom was a bit basic with no amenities provided but that's fine. Did not see any staff but had no need to. I would've provided confirmation of how to enter hotel/room slightly earlier; only heard back just before getting on flight to get to Sweden but again, it all worked out well in the end"

"The breakfast is not free anymore. The only international news channel (in English) on hotel's tv, was pixelated and unwatchable. Must be on a different feed from other channels. The hotel management either didn't know or didn't care. Not sure which is worse."

"Great hotel and especially great staff. Locally owned and you can tell. I was a little worried about it being a little outside the city but transportation was a non-issue. We liked to walk so we could walk into the city but there is a bus stop across from the hotel and buses ran ever 10 minutes. There are only 4 metro lines in Stockholm so very easy to get around. You just swipe your credit card when you get on the first mode of transporation and you have 90 minutes to use any form of transportation after that for no additional charge. Very easy!"
