"I had asked several times for them to clean my room and they didn't clean it. The staff had given someone a key to my room without my permission. I was told that they would not enter my room without permission and they entered without permission. The ceiling had a piece fall off while i was trying to cook and told the front desk and they did nothing but take a picture and did not fix it. The water in my room was shut off for over an hour and I could not take a shower. I was screamed at by some lady who claimed she worked there, but wasn't in uniform like the rest of the staff and then I was kicked off the property by the police for no valid reason. They told me that there was supposedly several complaints, yet they never said anything to me and I was at the front desk several times so I belive that they were false accusations. I have asked for a full refund and they still have not refunded me. They had no problem taking money, but they are not refunding me as fast as they took money. I have never had such a bad experience in any hotel like this one."
