Khách sạn Vila Nova de Foz Coa

"Unfortunately there had been a storm and the hotel was without a restaurant or bar, and in recovery mode. However, the receptionist was very helpful. The hotel itself is a stunner."

"Our stay at Casa do Rio was exceptional. There are 10 rooms with stunning views of the Douro River and vineyards. Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated, and we were welcomed with a plate of fresh figs and white port and all ingredients to make portonics. The grounds are lovely with an infinity pool overlooking the river and two semi private fresh water dunking pools. The food and was outstanding! We made our dinner selections earlier in the day and were treated to an exquisite...

"This is hands down one of the prettiest and coolest properties you can stay in, in rural Portugal. The property, room and pool and service was amazing, but the town itself situated in is also just one of the coolest experiences. So many handmade items included in your stay and available to purchase. The host is amazing, super friendly and laid back. The grounds were beautiful, unique and has so much character. We stayed here for a night after taking the train into Pochino and it was one of the...

"Beautiful property immersed in nature. The views, architecture, pool and plants were stunning. Food at the restaurant was excellent. A really unique stay."

"Lovely location overlooking the river, fabulous restaurant for breakfast or dinner. A place we keep coming back to, both for dining and accommodation. Very comfortable and peaceful. And it’s all about the peace above a lazy river… we’ll be back again."

"Aconselho vivamente. Um local espectacular e muito tranquilo. Central"

"The room was very spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Balcony had a beautiful view"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Paula at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."

"Amazing 3 night stay here with the family. Beautiful property. Exceptional service and great food. Highly recommend!"

"Tudo perfeito dos melhores sítios que já visitei 🙌"

"La propriétaire Susanna est super gentille, chambre très propre et déjeuner impeccable."

"Loved the location of this hotel up in the hills above Pinhao. Wonderful views from our balcony down over the terraced vineyards to the Douro river below. Incredibly quiet and peaceful spot. Also liked the hotel bar. There’s not much going on in Pinhao at night, but the LBV bar has a nice gathering of guests from all over and a good menu of salads, drinks and other light fare. Rooms are small as with just about all new boutique hotels these days, but very clean snd nice."

"We loved the stay at this beautiful Casa!! In total we can only recommend as we enjoyed everything and the owners were really nice!"

"Tudo optimo Simpatia da recepção "
