"There is a very unpleasant smell in the apartment- that made us limit out time in the apartment and it was quite unpleasant - except to sleep. It was making me feel a bit sick to my stomach- maybe sewer? Also- the heat in one bedroom was not working so it was quite cold in the main part of the apartment because we had to wheel the portable heater into that room to stay warm. Kitchen was limited on what was available- but we ended up eating out, anyway. Not the best stay."

An der Decke sind schwarze Schimmelflecken und bei Regen tropft es dazu noch von der Decke.Die Empfangsdame verwies uns an die Geschäftsleitung, welche nach mehreren Tagen keine Stellung zu meiner Beschwerde nahm."

"The stay was reasonable and the location is good. The issue was the very weak wifi signal. It would not work in the room. Only in the main reception area was the signal OK. Also, when we arrived there was a loud beeping sound which did not stop, coming from the front desk area, we needed to troubleshoot the noise ourselves as nobody was around. Please also check your batteries in your room remotes. They were dead inside one of the remotes. "

Das Penthouse Apartement ist ein Traum, wir werden wiederkommen. Das Penthouse ist nicht barrierefrei, was uns nicht gestört hat, aber man sollte es erwähnen"
