"They got me a room early morning when I got off my cruise. That was great. However the pool wasn’t open and I was really looking forward to sunbathing on that day, thats primarily why I booked that hotel for the pool. They told me its cause they can’t get the staff? If was May. It was hot. So disappointed. However, the hotel itself was so nice. Very nice room and lovely food as well. Good service. "

"お部屋は清潔で快適でした。 ミニバーもついていて嬉しかったです。 空港までは10分前後で近く、また朝早くから空港までの無料シャトルもあり便利でした。 黒髪の女性の運転手の方がとても優しく親身で、エスパーニャまでのバスの説明などもしてくださりました！ありがとうございます！ ただ空港からの便は少なく、2日目の日は目の前で行ってしまっても気付いてもらえず、そこから夜だったためか全然来なくて50分待ちました。 ホテルからならお部屋やロビーで調整できますが、暑くベンチもない空港の道端での50分はとても辛かったので、間隔を短くしていただくか、連絡をしたらお迎えに来ていただけると皆さん助かるのではないかなと思いました。"

"The only item I would comment on is that the room was very dark, despite the multiple lights. Would only suggest lighter paint to make the room appear a bit more spacious. Other than that, no complaints. Very nice hotel."

"The kitchenware have residue and some food still stuck to it. We had to wash everything again to ensure it was clean. Worst part is that there was significant construction, There was no email warning us before we booked/before we arrived, which would have been appreciated. They were not accommodating to this which was disappointing"

"We had the ocean view room with balcony and stayed for two nights. It was the last two nights of our two week vacation and we booked here mainly for easy access to both the beach and airport. The property is ocean front located on the beach boardwalk and the neighborhood has a very charming local vibe and good very variety of restaurants. "Hotel was stylish & spotlessly clean. Modern and neutral in aesthetic and had good amenities. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Only very minor gripes was there was a noticeable hum in our room from some system, didn’t bother me but did my partner a bit. "
