Why did I give the experience a 3 and the property and staff a 5 is because the air conditioning chose to not work and it averaged 26C in the room The main problem was the fact we could literally never get in our room. "We purposely chose an American chain hotel with air conditioning in mind. As soon as you walked into hotel it was hot and muggy. The ac could not keep up with the temperature outside. When we walked into our room it was extremely warm. Adjusted the thermostat and nothing improved after running all day. After complaining about the lack of ac to both staff and management they finally agreed there was a problem with the system. Much work and prompting to the staff and management was required to...

"The hotel is quite nice, and clean. The rooms were modern and spacious. The breakfast was great, as well as room service. The staff was super helpful. We arrived early and they checked our baggage so we could explore the city. The font desk was very informative with directions and suggestions for the city. The airport shuttle was nice and timely, and convenient to the airport. My son left his glasses and they found and shipped them to is in the US."
