"Sans plus, à l'accueil la réceptionniste sa va pas très souriante. La chambre n'a pas été changé pendant mon séjour de 10 jours. Sauf la veille avant mon départ. Pour le reste bof c'est juste bon pour 1 nuit ou 2. Le manger je sais pas car je n'ai rien mangé chez eux."

"Un peu déçu de la vétusté des chambres notamment la salle de bain , la baignoire était pas top et difficile d'utilisation... sinon le petit dej top juste bémol sur le manque de jus d'orange pressé... la piscine de sable est juste magnifique par contre c'était vraiment top d'y passer l'aprèm pour un peu de repos avant l'ouverture du ferrariland.... gros bémol et déception c'est la disparition des navettes pour aller aux parcs... c'est navrant!"

"Die Anlage ist super gepflegt. Der Pool Bereich ist sauber. Leider dürfen die Kinder mit nichts spielen wie Bälle usw. Die Zimmer sind an sich gut. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist etwas fragwürdig. Wir hatten an den Wänden und in der Dusche Schmutzreste kleben. Eine Decke die im Schrank lag, war voller Blutflecken. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war gut. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war ausreichend und es gab mal mehr mal weniger Abwechslung. Die angrenzenden Möglichkeiten...

"We have stayed twice now as we love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly, rooms are air conditioned. The food in the hotel has a wide range, we are vegan and managed to find a variety - more so than last year too. (After about 5 days of half board we were ready for a break from it). Ignore the bad reviews, you’ll have a lovely time here."
