"The quality of the food at breakfast was not as good."

"I LOVE THE BARCELO HOTEL! It is my home away from home! Everyone who works there is AWESOME and like family to me. I have been staying there since 2021!"

"Unfortunately, my client had a very bad experienced at this hotel, after staying their in the past, this time there was an electricity outage at the hotel at check out date. There was no one at the desk to attend my clients checkout. He had to drag 4 luggages all by himself down the stairs from 7 high. "Very comfortable rooms and excellent and kind staff!"

"Property was pretty clean overall. The staff was not very friendly. Only the bellhops greeted really greeted you. "DO NOT BOOK HERE I never write reviews, but I have to warn you! If in anyway, you expect a clean room with good service. This is not the place to go. From check-in it is a terrible experience with the most horrible service, as soon as you get there they let you know that you cannot bring any Uber eats or outside food into your room the elevators do not work when you swipe your key so you’ll spend 10 minutes trying to get to your room. The rooms have zero amenities, in no way are they suites....

"Great hotel during my short stay in Santo Domingo. The employees are warm and receptive. The place is clean and modern, and they have a nice restaurant on the property. I will stay again in the future."

"Super great customer service"

"Great place and nice people"

"I loved the location of the hotel; it is very well centered on the malls and tourist destinations. What I like most was the customer service of all the staff. They were very friendly and always willing to help. Made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel!"
