I had a great experience. The girls at the front desk were super nice as well as other staff. The hotel is very safe and I was not worried at all.

They ask for an extra deposit when you get there on top of the one Expedia takes , if you leave it in cash you get it back when you leave if you put it on your card they said it takes “a month “ to get your deposit back. I didn’t get mine back the first time so second time I stayed I did the deposit cash (pesos) . Restaurant is okay and it’s only open weekends same with the bar. Rooms are nice not much around the area as far as convenient stores or restaurants

Nice rooms minus the random bugs flying in , they offer wifi that doesn’t work. Have to tell them to clean you room or they WONT. Restaurant only open weekends

Anteriormente habíamos visitado este hotel y llegamos antes de las 15 hrs y nos permitieron utilizar las instalaciones de la alberca, en esta visita nos dijeron que no podíamos meternos a la alberca y solo estar en el restaurante, nos pareció absurdo porque había poca gente además después llegaron dos familias con sus hijos y a ellos sí les permitieron el uso de la alberca, realmente nos hicieron pasar un mal rato a la llegada, El hotel es muy bonito, una vista espectacular y rica la comida. Por favor cuiden esos detalles de actitud con sus clientes:

Por la ubicación del lugar tiene una bonita vista, sus habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, no me gustó que en las habitaciones inferiores se escucha el ruido que generan los huéspedes de arriba! Falta limpieza en el área de las regaderas, en mi habitación había hongos en las paredes! La comida es muy buena a cualquier hora!

En general muy bien , placentero tranquilo y bien servicio. Algunos detalles menores de la administración. Las reglas , políticas y depósitos no son claros en la app y te las aclaran hasta que ya estás ahí. Eso debe estar bien estipulado desde la aplicación

No recomiendo para nada este lugar en primer lugar la persona de recepción fue un mentiroso nos dijo que si tenian habitaciones para ese momento que era la 1 am nos pidio que hicieramos la reservacion y que en 15 0 10 minutos ya quedaba listo y nos pasaba a la habitación ya cuando quedo el pago de 2900 pesos nos dice que esta todo lleno que no hay ni una habitación le pedimos el reembolso y nos dijo que regresaramos al dia siguiente o que llamaramos pues fuimos y nada mas tarde llame y nada hoy vuelvo a llamar y ahora me salen con que me cobraran una penalizacion por no llegar a la reservacion que hicimos. Son unos rateros y mentiros tengan cuidado
