"There is no front desk/reception. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to call or WhatsApp in advance to get the key code for your room entry. No big deal. Good location, good sized room, strong air conditioning. Very little soundproofing between rooms, so you'll be reliant on the other guests being polite and respectful. Low water pressure. Overall not perfect but fine for the price!"

"2 of 9 restaurants had availability (booked on day 1 of an 8 day stay) Room was worn, furniture was not comfortable, sheets- no blankets requested from housekeeping- received 2 days later after many many requests. Room service was a joke- ordered a simple drink and it never arrived. If you want a pool chair plan on getting up before sunrise to go 'claim' one. Buffet was BAD some days and ok other days. Spa staff and treatments were ok, no shower/dressing room or sauna/steam before or after booked treatment. This resort is 1.5 hr from the airport. And further from most activities .. $120usd for airport shuttle each way. Would not stay here again."
