"The room was clean and staff was amazing. From the front desk to housekeeping. Spouse has special needs and they are very accommodating. Stayed in a beach front room that was great walking out to the sea. Was able to spend 45 min in Terma Pool plus had a massage. Great time. Definitely return if cruise from Ravenna again."

"The hotel is ok but nothing fancy or modern. The entire building needs attention, walls are dirty with scratches or partially painted. The shower has multiple sports with mold around the silicone or tile joints. TVs are very small. Breakfast was ok but not the best pastry. Parking is available at not cost If going to the cruise terminal there is a shuttle service for $15 euros per person."

"Pleasant hotel in converted palazzo. 5-10 minute walk from train station and then to central city. Nice breakfast, lots of free chocolates! Large king room (#7) with view of garden, sofa and desk. Tiny bathroom and 28"x 28" shower. Would stay again if visiting Ravenna."

They don’t speak English so great but their daughter does speak some English as does the person that helped us make the payment. "Conveniently located. We reserved this hotel because the shuttle to the cruise port pick up right there. Bed was very hard. The hotel is going through renovations and there are some areas that looked like they were under construction. Just in the center of the town. 10 steps from plaza del pipiolo and a few steps from the covered market and a lot of shops. Our room was clean and spacious. The Buffett included was basic. But the staff is incredibly warm and helpful."

"Our stay at Albergo Cappello was excellent! We were there for just one night before boarding our cruise out of Ravenna. The room was nice, very cozy, and the personalized breakfast was wonderful. The staff took great care of us, even helping us change our shuttle to pick us up from the hotel instead of the nearby train station so we wouldn't have to lug our suitcases in the rain. I was very impressed with the hospitality. Did not have chance to try their wine bar but would in the future."
