"The B&B is in a great spot—right in a shopping area and super close to a supermarket, so snacks are always within reach. The place is also very clean, with housekeeping coming in every day to keep everything tidy (they clearly don’t believe in letting things pile up). The bed is comfy—thankfully not a sofa situation—and I actually slept really well. Breakfast is served by staff rather than a buffet, so no wandering around with a tray, but you also don’t get to choose—it’s a bit of a ‘surprise...

"The view from the room directly overlooked the Teatro Al Massimo. The sunsets were amazing and the room could not have been cleaner. Gianni waited over an hour for us to accommodate our early check-in. Snacks and coffee were stored in the kitchen for our use and the room was quiet— two floors above ground floor. Elevator works which in other properties may or may not be the case. “A”."

"Whilst very excited to stay in what looks amazing in the pictures, sadly the reality was not to be. The kettle had green stains at the bottom, couldn’t use that as not clean. Went to run the bath and the water smelt stagnant, the jets in the bath were missing parts, the shower spilt water from above as was not maintained.
