"The apartment was big and clean but lacked a few simple things like a second key to access the property and our big let down was a broken toilet seat which stabbed us regularly drawing blood. despite notifying them as soon as we arrived. The bathroom was small and hot water ran out regularly but apart from this the apartment was in a nice location and was comfortable for our stay and the amenities although basic were suitable as we stayed out most of the time. "The house itself was really nice. Despite it being located on the ground floor, we had sufficient privacy. House felt big enough for 5 people. We loved the interior and the location wasn't too far for it to be an inconvenience. However, I felt that there was a lack of communication, particularly when I tried to contact the owner regarding tourist tax application. There was no reply so we had to figure it out ourselves. Other than that, our stay was satisfactory and I will recommend this place to tourists who would like to stay in Bologna for an affordable price. "
