"Me pareció muy frio el hotel de noche. Se podria evitar colocando vidrios en los arcos al lado de la piscina porque el choque térmico al salir del comedor, por ejemplo, es muy duro y uno se resfria. Hay que pensar en las personas de la tercera edad que son los clientes mas abundantes.
Tambien me parece que está exagerado el cupo para convenciones empresariales, copan la capacidad del hotel y los turistas pailas. Organizar eso debe ser una prioridad. Dejar una zona del hotel para convenciones y...

"Our stay was amazing! The staff were incredibly nice. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The only feedback is we wish there was Wi-Fi in the rooms and that the bed was a little softer.
Although we came here to disconnect, having Wi-FI to communicate with family and manage flight check-ins would have been convenient. "
