"The stay was wonderful until right before we left. We always stay until right before check out because we were on a weekend getaway from our toddler. While in the middle of private time an hour and 16 minutes before check out a person from housekeeping banged on our door a few times. When my partner answered the door, she rifle asked if we were checking out today "

"I loved it here. Will be using this hotel when I head to Florida . Breakfast was amazing - Mickey mouse waffles! Eggs, sausages, cereals, etc. Didn‘t get the use the pool but the pool was really big. Outside there’s a soccer & basketball area. The room had a fridge. Very clean & relaxing. Parking is an extra cost but I made an account with them & was given a code, now I can get free parking. The area overall is great too, the little shopping area there has a 7 eleven, target, cafe, bar & grill (this place does room service)"

"I did not have a good time there first of all make it clear that you are only charging a part of it and I will have to pay the rest at the hotel. I did not like that you have to literly drive to your room and had a difficult time finding it. There was a lot of teenagers yelling jumping in to the jacuzzi and no security at the pool stopping them. No free coffee no free breakfest. They did not even have free hot water! I did not like the style of the hotel looks like it's stuck in the 90s. So they forgot to give my friend a parking paper for his car and the staff behind the desk said I'll give you another one implying that we already got one. A lot of noise at night but stopped shortly. I only stayed 30 minutes and still had to pay the resort fee its not like im going to do anything for a hour before I check out. I usually give these places 5 star reviews but this one does not deserve it. Also looks like the slides were closed and gated."

"The hotel is very nice. It is walking distance to Epcot and Boardwalk. We had a dinner reservation for a restaurant on the boardwalk so this was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the music at the pool all day. The parking was a bit disastrous. There was a pavilion covering one of the parking lots so there were less than zero parking spaces available. We were forced to use valet parking, which is not what I expected. Upon checkout, Rachael noticed that my bill showed self parking and valet parking. She was able to remove the extra charge and lowered the parking fee because of the inconvenience the pavilion caused. Rachael deserves recognition for her attention to detail and customer service. Other than the parking our stay was very nice and I look forward to staying here again, hopefully longer next time."

"I’ve stayed here 3 times it does not disappoint! First two visits I had a view of the Tower of Tower and Epcot and could see the fireworks from both parks. This time I had a view of the Dolphin and didn’t realise until I heard the bangs I could see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from my balcony. The location can’t be beaten being walkable to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. My parents were given a room near mine which was really good of the staff to arrange when it was separate bookings. The only thing let it down was the unfriendly bar tenders in 2 different bars at the Dolphin however since I’m reviewing the Swan I am not considering that in my score. The Swan will always be my first choice for Orlando it’s perfect for Disney but nice and relaxing with access to the Disney Boardwalk."
