"Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return. Although some guests enjoyed entertainment, we would prefer this activity would not be next to the private guest rooms. "

"The hotel is very good in many ways except for the bed. The service is attentive, it offers transportation to some important places in the area, and the breakfast is varied and tasty. The only negative, and very important thing for me, is that the bed is a board; it couldn't be any harder, and I didn't know that level of hardness existed. I asked for something to put on top of it so I could sleep that night, which thankfully was the only one. I suggest they change at least some of the mattresses...
