"During my stay, a member of the cleaning staff iron my dress because hitel doesn't provide iron due to ':safety reasons " Unfortunately, they severely damaged the garment while pressing it. "The staff were friendly but not very helpful. There were a lot of steps to our rooms and no one to help carry bags, this was very difficult. The room itself was very cool and we felt like royalty in our room. The grounds were immaculate and the castle, especially at night, was both eerie and beautiful at the same. We definitely enjoyed our short stay."
