"Great"

"breakfast was great."

"Excellent stay, didn't put 5* cause the beds were not comfortable"

"Excellent service, and a great restaurant!"

"I LOVED the breakfast, the cleaners came everyday to refill shampoo, soap, and provide new towels. Other than being a distance from Milan, it’s a great hotel. If you are traveling to Milan with a car, I highly recommend staying here!"

"Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt, allerdings hört man die Nachbarn und die Gäste im Flur."

"Good value for money, free parking is great, location is good if you have a car. Hotel room was as expected, the cost of breakfast and use of Spa facilities is extra and a little bit on the expensive side (which is why we did not make use of this). The sound proofing in the rooms is not great, you can hear the noise from the corridor everytime a door is shut or people walk past the room. Beds were comfortable and the room was well maintained. Overall would recommend the hotel based on the...

"Airport shuttle was excellent (to and from hotel) and the restaurant was very good for dinner, with reasonable prices, and the free breakfast was also a great bonus. Staff were outstanding! I totally recommend this hotel for an overnight stay near the airport but probably only for 1 or 2 nights because there isn't many stores, restaurants or services in the area. I will definitely stay here next time I fly from MXP (Malpensa Airport)."

"Fabulous stay , comfortable, clean . The resteraunt was superb . I would highly recommend the restaurant , we had some delicious meals ,and wonderful generous breakfast . Shuttle to the airport easy to book ."

"After delayed-late flights and a mishap with the rental car we finally made it to the hotel and we were greeted by very unfriendly staff. It was like we were inconvenient for being there even with a smooth check in process. The gave us the wrong room so the first night of our honeymoon we had two separate beds in a scary looking hotel room. Definitely definitely definitely do not recommend. This was the first stop along our way and maybe if the staff were friendly in the slightest it would've...

"This hotel was decent and we slept well. The shuttle drivers were both wonderful. The lower walls in our room were very scuffed and dirty which gave a bad impression for me although the room overall was very clean. The staff at the desk were very nice. The "restaurant" I would not recommend for dinner though the servers were lovely. We did not have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Overall a decent hotel for a good price and was fine for a one night stay."

"The front desk staff were very busy checking-in people because of the on going conference with almost 700 attendees and and there were only 2 two them, the hotel did not provide additional staff to assist them."

"Excelente"

"Our stay at Hotel Ungheria was great! Good room with airco, facilities, great breakfast and excellent helpfull service throughout. A spotless and very well run family hotel. Varese itself is lovely, as well as centrally located, especially if you like to travel by public transport. Milan, Como, Lugano and more are nearby, including Lake Varese (cycle lane around it), Villa Panza and Sacro Monte. Fully recommended."

"The front desk staff was excellent. The location is excellent. My room had a fantastic view of the lake. There was a small metal sewing pin in the middle of the counter of my bathroom when I arrived. This made me think perhaps the cleaners didn’t do the most thorough job. There was also a stain on the carpet in the middle of the lobby. Bottom line: You get what you pay for. If you want a cheap hotel with nice staff and a great location, stay here. If you want a perfect hotel or any sort of...

"The hotel has pretty unique design. It is not close to anything you can walk to. They have a shuttle but it is not on-call. Schedule only. We waited 25 minutes to be picked up at MXP T2. This is all within our expectations of an “airport” location. What we didn’t expect was the pool to be closed for the season. It was one of the reasons we chose this hotel instead of one of the many other choices. I guess I should have had a verbal confirmation. Still a disappointment. The good part I...
