"As usual I always stayed at holiday inn when i travelled, a place I can rest my head from long day. However, this hotel made me feel like I’m home, because of the water pressure feels like you have the luxury. Yes, that water pressure they have it’s made the difference. Keep it please don’t change."

"Adult couple visited from UK. Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful B&B in a nice safe part of town. 5-10mins walk to restaurants and bars. The place itself is quirky, but very clean. The rooms are big. The owner Bryan is a really nice chap and very friendly. The breakfast was superv and just enough. 100% staying here again. "

"Gorgeous hotel and central location for us. Staff was nice. However, there was a lot of construction and painting going on and unfinished things in the hotel.. no hot tub. Also to get an uber was kind of annoying because they couldn’t stop on the busy road. I loved the room though! Beautiful. I wish we had good weather because I would’ve been in the pool the whole time!"

"The property had no hot breakfast meal as advertised since the entire kitchen and diniing area was under renovation. Instead, they provided a paper bag with one apple, one small pastry and one honey peanut bar. Possiby the price for the room was a bit lower than if the property's renovation had been completed? All in all, it was a nice and satisfactory room and property. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The location including parking seemed very secure."

"Everything was clean and new, properly maintained and the staff was real attentive and caring (shout out to Kit!) I come to Austin once a year for a track meet, and will definitely be back last year"

"Everything was clean and the staff was extremely nice and very polite. The gym was good the pool was nice. Only complaint would be the parking. But it’s Austin so you have to expect to pay premium for parking. Overall I would stay here again."
