"Clean comfortable bed. Safe neighborhood. Only issue is that it’s hard to access due to where the location is and construction going on around it. It was an easy check-in process. I checked in later in evening around 6pm and really wanted hot cup of coffee they keep at the entrance. Unfortunately it was cold and I had to heat it up in the microwave inside my room. The breakfast selection was good. I noticed they hadn’t supplied enough towels in the room which wasn’t a big deal because we re-used the towels. Overall a good stay conveniently close to major Austin attractions. "

Staff was very helpful and accommodating, but some things could use some improvement, such as minor electrical issues and inconsistent wifi connectivity; however, the staff stated they were still working out the kinks being that the hotel has only been open a month.
