"The stay would have been an extraordinary experience, the only issue was we were coming into a picket line and weren't aware until it was too late. No real guidance from staff until you made it on the property. Those picketing had us waiting in our vehicles until they were ready to let us through to get to the hotel. It was raining and some families with small children parked further away and walked with small children because they had no clue how long they would have to wait. Its unfortunate...

"The receptionist lacked proper manners, she was extremely rude and impolite and made all arriving guest feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
She needs to be sent for hospitality training.
The rooms are dated, the sofa was broken and uncomfortable to seat. Bathroom is minimally cleaned.
Under a dresser that is used as tv stand we found garbage from previous guest room gar was swept underneath.
Their included breakfast is terrible.
I would not recommend booking at this hotel.

"The location was good and the hotel was clean however there was a damp smell in our room and the toilet was constantly running. Staff were friendly and helpful and the on location restaurant was good but a bit pricey.
The shuttle didn't seem to be on a regular schedule because we waited over 30 minutes one day and it is literally 10 minutes drive from the airport so I don't know how it runs or if there is a schedule?
Overall I would stay there again."
