"I had an early flight and breakfast was not available which was no problem. The free shuttle to ATW Appleton Airport was wonderful and very convenient. Vicki was right on time at 5:00 am. She had an earlier shuttle at 4:30 am, but made it back in time to pick me up. "

"The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the customer service at the front desk completely changed the experience. The same associate/manager who handled both check-in and check-out was consistently rude and unwelcoming. We were barely acknowledged when approaching the desk, and even simple questions were met with annoyance. At check-out, I politely asked how long it would take for the incidental hold to be released, and the response was an eye...

"For a 1 night stay it was okay. If I had a longer stay I would prefer another hotel. They did have coffee, shower amenities in the room. It was nice that breakfast was included with my booking… but we stayed on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. The bathroom door squeaked super loud every time you opened it. I woke up around 6am because I kept hearing the doors open & shut from the hallway multiple times. But the staff was very nice! "

"We reserved the woodland theme room, the room was spacious it also has a whirlpool hot tub.Very nice clean room. Staff is very pleasant.I would recommend this hotel. "
