"Just outside of downtown Banff - it’s 5 minute drive or 40 minute walk to downtown. free shuttle is helpful. pool, fitness center, and hot tub are adequate - but could use a renovation. Condo with loft was in great condition and staff was friendly."

"This hotel was gross. Stay somewhere else, seriously. The mattresses were ancient and stained. We had 2 queen beds and once I saw the one pictured I refused to look at the other because otherwise i wouldnt be able to sleep in it. The bathroom floor was sticky for some reason.
