"Very nice, clean and quiet. Next to lots of shopping and dining!"

"Didn't have towels, conditioner, lotion or hair dryer. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to go get the towels. Hair dryer had to be located and was to be brought to the room...front desk forgot what room # so never received the hair dryer."

"The bed was extremely comfortable! Room was clean, breakfast good and staff was very friendly! Will definitely be back again."

"The bedside light was missing the lightbulb. There were some stains on the curtain separating the bathroom area and the sleeping area. It didn’t feel super family oriented which was what we would have preferred, but the stay was okay. Also, the room was pretty muggy on arrival and took a while to cool down."

"Staff was AMAZING!!! Loved our room! Only bummer was I didn’t realize there was no hot tub and the pool was small and only 4’ deep. This place is also in a wonderful, clean area of town! Parking lot is small and parking spots are a small and close together."

"The breakfast buffet could have been better if there were additional hit items. The scrambled eggs looked like they had been grated."

"The property was being remodeled and our room wasn’t like the suite we had before in other Comfort locations. It certainly wasn’t worth the money."

"Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor."

"The receptionist has poor customer service skills. I booked and paid two months in advance, yet when I arrived at the hotel, neither my room nor my reservation was ready. The manager simply said they had resold the rooms and told me to just accept the one being offered. Very poor customer service."

"The property was clean and clearly well maintained, and I didn’t encounter any significant problems during my stay. While most services functioned properly, the shower temperature control was somewhat inconsistent, with minimal adjustment range between cold and hot."

"It was fine. It was also the only hotel with availability in LaVista and we were there for a show at The Astro. The room was clean but we were on ground level and our screen had been broken out and not repaired so it looked obvious that someone could get in easily. The AC is so loud that it woke us up every time it clicked on. The bed was very uncomfortable."

"We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels."

"Cameron was incredibly sweet throughout the entire check-in process and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The customer service was exceptional from everyone we interacted with, from the front desk staff to housekeeping. The entire team went above and beyond and truly made our stay enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to extend the breakfast hours, but otherwise everything was wonderful."
