Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent hotel. We had the most lovely stay and hospitality. Our flight was cancelled and we checked back into this hotel again for one night at 12.30am. We had our original rooms and they accommodated us for late checkout the next day too. Really appreciated this after a very long night. Thank you."

Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort -Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus -Couples Only- Ultra All-Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Very friendly staff. Spa was great. Room was clean but the bath doesn't have enough hungers. Pool was clean and have more than enough seats. Lifeguards were big helper. Food was a lot and amazing. Chiefs have a lot of care."

Steigenberger Aqua Magic Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Really ll be memorable days,it’s a paradise, very relaxing, well maintained room, enjoyable aqua, delicious food in all restaurants, great entertainment, active polite staff, wounderful sea…all aspects really…hope not be the last…highly recommended to all friends and family members and to any one read this comment"

Jasmine Palace Resort & Spa

8/10 Good

"The hotel boasts beautifully maintained grounds, with thoughtfully arranged flowers and lush gardens that create a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The multiple swimming pools are another highlight, making it an excellent setting for a relaxing holiday. However, the rooms fall short of the standards set by the impressive outdoor spaces. The décor feels dated and uninspiring, and a comprehensive refurbishment, including new upholstery and furnishings, would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. The main dining area can become overcrowded, although the availability of an alternative dining venue is a welcome relief. The food is generally satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in both quality and variety. Overall, the hotel has tremendous potential. With investment in modernizing the rooms and improving the dining experience, it could become a truly outstanding holiday destination."

Sunrise Sentido Mamlouk Palace - All inclusive

8/10 Good

"The hotel is very good, rooms are quite spacious and clean however food is always hit and miss in buffet restaurant, sometime not properly cooked and sometime cold but, quality is good in all the ala carte restaurants, amenities was good and helpful, animation and entertainment is top class, staff is okay, still all in all it was good stay apart from very bad experience while we were leaving for airport and it was for taxi, hotel taxi booking counter they want 5 to 6 times more money then the original price and if you not book with them then they don't even bother you for luggage. I booked Uber myself and take luggage myself to the taxi on the road."

Serry Beach Resort

10/10 Excellent

"There was a bit of a confusion when I booked a 2 bed chalet without realizing it had only 1 bathroom. So I had to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite and the difference was the same amount as the 2 bed chalet, So I basically paid double to get the upgrade, I had also assumed it was all-inclusive, and it’s not. You pay extra for that, but I fault expedia for this confusion because the description is not clear enough and it only gave me the option for breakfast. Now, apart from that, I will give this resort a 100/10, the staff are AMAZING and super helpful, its very clean, they go over and beyond to ensure they meet your needs. My butler Hossam was excellent, he really took care of us, all the restaurants accomodated my requests for extra spice as it can be bland because of the clientelle. The activities were excellent, I mean the kids were super upset to leave. We will definitely be visiting again. Hanan checked on me everyday, housekeeping was always available, like he knew as soon as we stepped out, Mohammed, Ahmed, Mahmoud.. all were amazing.. I am VERY fussy and expect the best when I am paying a premium, I notice the tiniest things and I don’t write reviews I just never visit again. But Serry deserves a shout out!"
