"Pool area was being worked on amd.half of it was blocked off. None of this was told to us prior to our arrival. Room suits were good sized and was happy with them, but had booked hotel for my children to use the pool before our cruise and it wasn't all available so that was a big let down."

"The staff was excellent for any questions we had. The room we had was 2 king beds and couch with pull out twin. The room was very clean and fit our group of 6 perfect. The beds where comfy and the hotel was very close and convenient to the cruise port and other restaurants. We most definitely would stay here again"

"When I showed up, they gave us some excuse that they did not have a king-size bed available now because they had a clogged drain and it cost them two of the rooms, then they put us into a room that had two beds, there were some holes in the wall, some poorly painted furniture, and I believe a cracked tile, if it wasn’t so late when I checked in, I would’ve immediately asked for my money back and went to another hotel, although the girl at the front desk seemed to be nice, I would not recommend...

"I cannot say enough good things about this place and it's staff!! Not only was everyone extremely polite and offered service with a smile, but they allowed us to check in SUPER early because a room was already available! We got off of our cruise at 7:15 in the morning and would have had to wait until regular check-in time anywhere else, but not here! Dantay even went so far as to invite us to have the continental breakfast that was being served to patrons who had slept there the previous night....

"The room had no bathroom door or shower curtain. Using shower The bathroom floor where toilet was included, has totally soaking wet. It was an accident waiting to happen. I have osteoporosis and scoliosis and not a steady walker.
It was a dangerous situation and it felt like a cell block, not motel. The cracks under doors, Front and back were so large and critter could have slithered in. Slept with one eye open. Outside room was plants but very messy where rodents would...
