"Leider war die Zufahrt von 2Seiten gesperrt, so dass teure Telefonate geführt werden mussten. Eine sehr freundliche Angestellte holte uns per Auto ab und schob alle Absperrgitter beiseite! Die Zimmervergabe war sehr sehr langsam, im Zweierzimmer erhielten wir ein upgrade (danke), die vier Personen mussten mindestens eine Viertelstunde warten, um mitsamt Koffern wieder zurück in einen älteren Teil des Hotels an der obern Strasse das Zimmer zu beziehen! Desde a chegada fomos cobrados injustamente com valores absurdos! Não pudemos utilizar a piscina, cortaram a água do chuveiro após um banho, se negaram a ofertar o mesmo café da manhã dos demais para nós (pedimos pão e ovo que os demais hóspedes estavam consumindo e para nós foi dito que não teríamos, ficamos sem entender até agora) o quarto possui uma colchão velho que saímos com as costas destruídas. O portão da entrada não fechava de noite e as instalações...
