Yes staff was welcoming. Room was clean and rooftop breakfast was wonderful. Just a very noisy street with people yelling in the middle of the night and garbage truck arrived at 3:45 am! Loud! Terrific location though

Very close to all that old town Cagliari has to offer. Easily within walking distances. Were originally concerned about check-in, but found the directions and explanations to be perfect, and all went well. Breakfast was quite good. Room was clean.
