"Sehr dreckig unser Zimmer wurde erst nach Aufforderung gewischt, Handtücher die gewechselt hätten werden müssen wurden wieder gefaltet und ins Regal gelegt richtige Frechheit, Toilettenpapier wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig es wurde nicht kälter als 23 grad Pool-/Terrassenanlage ..."
