llegue y no estaba la reservacion,me tuve que ir a otro hotel,lo encuentro muy mal.se salieron de la pagina de uds.

I wouldnt go again.

We arrived to The hotel at 09 and they couldnt let us check in earlier than 1500 because it was against their policy which is ok but a bit weird that they couldnt even stretch it for 5 min. We had paid extra for a better view and wifi on The room, The wifi didnt work and they couldnt Do anything about it and The view was okay but i expected a bit more. The hot water didnt work The morning after we arrvied and their reason was that they didnt have enough capacity for everyone to shower during peak hours (09-11). The hot water didnt work all Day. We tried get some help but they didnt really Care. For The money we paid for 2 nights i expected things to be better.

Great Location!

The hotel is well situated. The rooms are clean and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The rooms are not big and the bathrooms are very small. So, be aware of that. I was also surprised that they wouldn't let us check in an hour early (2pm instead of 3pm) when the hotel was nearly empty and the rooms were obviously ready.

Hotel muy caro para los servicios que ofrece

No puede ser que el menú sea igual todos los días, No es aceptable que no haya servicio a las habitaciones después de las 19hrs Hubo cambio de horario para el desayuno que fue informado por medio de un cartel en el muro de la recepción, pero nunca fue comunicado verbalmente, entonces quienes no vimos el cartel nos quedamos un día sin poder tomar desayuno.

Vista incrivel

O atendimento do pessoal do hotel é incrível. São todos atenciosos e muito prestativos, dão dicas e ajudam em tudo que podem, estão prontos pra resolver nossos problemas. A vista pro vulcão Villarica é de tirar o fôlego. O hotel tem um ou outro problema técnico, mas nada que diminua a experiência encantadora de se hospedar nele. A localização é ótima, o café da manhã é gostoso.

A nossa estadia foi excelente, não temos nada a reclamar, pelo contrário, toda a equipe do hotel foi extremamente prestativa e agradável; fizeram de tudo para que a nossa estadia fosse ótima apesar do mau tempo que prejudicou a realização de passeios nos arredores de Pucon! Hotel muito bem localizado, quartos limpos e confortáveis, um único problema é que não tem elevador, às vezes quem tem uma mala grande vai exercitar um pouco antes de chegar ao quarto.
