"The hotel is full of heritage, dating back to the mid 19th century. Both the building and its interior are fascinating, with relaxing colors that create a peaceful and stress-free atmosphere. We stayed for just one night during our long motorcycle trip, so unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the additional services the hotel has to offer. Our room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing - exactly what we needed after several days on the road....

"Location can’t be beat- right on the square, Hotel is charming with very friendly and helpful staff. The only problem is with the charm of an old building comes the lack of modern conveniences- namely air conditioning. No hotel on the square will have a.c, thought, and the room does have a fan to help, so it is manageable."

Des améliorations pourraient toutefois être apportées, notamment en ce qui concerne la diversité de la carte du restaurant — actuellement limitée à un buffet imposé — ainsi que la formation du personnel, qui ne maîtrise pas toujours le fonctionnement de certains équipements. Le petit déjeuner, bien que proposé sous forme de buffet, gagnerait également à être revalorisé : certains produits ne semblent pas à la hauteur des standards attendus pour un hôtel 4...

"Great location just a short walk from the train station with a grocery store, restaurants and shopping nearby. Breakfast was excellent and staff was wonderful. Beautiful room views of the castle and mountains with floor to ceiling windows. Highly reccomed."

"Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Nettes Personal - man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen! Klasse Frühstück von wirklich sehr guter Qualität! Das Restaurant für das Abendessen war ebenfalls sehr gut! Zimmer sind aus Holz und im typischen Berghütten-Style, aber alles sehr sauber und im gepflegten Zustand! Whirpool ist zwar klein, aber sehr angenehm mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge! Sauna habe ich nicht benutzt. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen, komme sicher wieder und vielen Dank ans Team für den...
