Cher hôte, Je vous remercie d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience suite à votre séjour au Pullman Timi Ama Sardegna. Je suis navré de savoir que la chambre classique que vous avez réservée et dont les photos sont dûment présentées sur le site d’Expedia, n’ait pu correspondre à vos attentes. Une chambre rénovée exécutive et par conséquent, un supplément (à des conditions préférentielles) pour un tel surclassement vous ont été proposés en cette période de très haute saison. Vous comprendrez que la différence de tarification d’une catégorie de chambre à l’autre est tout à fait normale. Je suis désolé de lire que vous considérez notre resort si « vieillot » malgré toutes les rénovations que nous entreprenons depuis ces 10 dernières années (hall réception, hall thalassa totalement restructurés en 2009 et 2010, restructuration totale de façon moderne et chaleureuse du restaurant La Veranda en 2018, restructuration du Spa en 2017, ouverture du tout nouveau Su Tea Rooftop gourmet restaurant en 2019, restructuration de la plage en 2019, changement de décor total pour le bar en bord de piscine, et restructuration de plus de 120 chambres ces 4 dernières années…). Enfin, concernant la typologie de clientèle que nous accueillons, des familles avec enfants aux couples de jeunes mariés, avec une formule d’activité « à la carte » sans aucune obligation de participation (beach volley, aquagym, yoga, Baboo Club, Teens club, canoé, zodiac, Spa, Thalasso etc…), je ne peux qu’être assez étonné que vous définissiez notre resort comme l’équivalent d’un Club « en dix fois moins bien ». Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay at the Pullman Timi Ama Sardegna. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the room, I'm sorry to learn that this wasn’t to your liking. You have been staying in a Superior garden view room. These rooms, haven’t been affected yet by the restructuring plan started a few years ago, even though the non-renovated rooms have a more traditional Sardinian style and décor, they absolutely meet all the standards and comfort of a 5-star hotel. I am surprised that you've found lack of landscape in our garden. Here at Pullman Timi Ama we are proud to be surrounded by 11 hectares of park and vegetation, to have a forest of juniper trees and very colorful bougainvillea. Despite the generosity of nature towards us I am sorry that it wasn’t of your liking. Due to the high occupancy of that day, our front office manager could not offer you to change for the same type of room you booked, but immediately offered you a very good deal (considering the time of the season) to upgrade to an Executive room. However the following day we did make the actions of moving you to a different room Finally, I am also sorry to learn that you found unsatisfactory the soundproofing, I would like to inform you that in all the renovated rooms we have also introduced improvements in this regard. About our staff making noise, you can be sure I already informed the HR and the restaurant manager to prevent this unpleasant situations, however this is not the kind of behavior our team members are used to and I kindly ask you to accept our most sincere apologies.
