But worse was water damage during the night, which came from a lifting system—so smelly sewage water in the room. We fled the room with two children (climbing over the bed). The hotel did nothing! No refund or compensation for damaged luggage! Once and NEVER again!"

"It was reasonable and fair for what was offered. The staff on the reception were great, the bathroom was well equipped, the room needed some attention with mattress and light fitting, but overall it was fine for the cost. The worst bit was the unkempt exterior staircase which was pretty decrepit!"
