Les communs : ascenseur "hésitant" à la fermeture des portes, lumières pas toujours actives dans les escaliers.
La chambre : poignée d'entr ée déformée à l'extérieur à force de tirer dessus pour assurer la fermeture de la porte, odeur de canalisation dans la douche, lit qui grince et fenêtre qui ne ferme pas complètement (pas de verrouillage possible), manque aussi un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle mise à disposition (suffisante).
