"Toilet was out of order in our room. When we requested to switch the room, receptionist send someone to fix the toilet. It worked for short-term, but did not solve the problem. The toilet remained out of order."

"The basics weren't provided in the bathroom, soap, shampoo etc. It's an airport hotel, people will toothpaste, please provide it. They room was different than shown in the photos, very small. There was a distinct odor in the blanket, pillows, towel. No hair dryer or iron pot provided. The property has 2-3 different hotels, they staff wasn't courteous when I was trying to take 2 large luggage bags to my room's floor in a wrong building - please provide the instructions beforehand!"

"Hotel was quite close to Disneyland Paris, with a convenient bus stop just across the street that took us to and from the parks. The room was spacious and very clean, and even had a table/desk to eat at, which I always appreciate in a hotel. The staff were friendly and polite, and the complimentary breakfast was another bonus. Would definitely recommend!"

"Great hotel for Disney. Stayed 3 nights. Easy parking, supermarkets near by. Basic bar food and a great breakfast if a little chaotic. Little play room and sofa bed for the kids. Train stain 5 mins but would have been cheaper to jump uber to Disney for the 4 of us."
