"Stay was short, late arrival and early departure. Signage was limited on how to get to the hotel from the arrival terminal. Information desk was gone for the day. Most disappointing is that the clerk that checked me in and out confirmed that the room was paid for and gave me a bill for city tax. ..."

"Great hotel for a Disney trip. The transfer bus was very regular to do to the village or parks. The room was spacious and clean, with basic amenities - 1 soap for body and shampoo. The pools were a nice addition. It was easy to check in and out. The staff were ok - not especially friendly or rude. ..."
