"There were two women at the front desk. An older woman, she looked mid 40s, indian (or something), and a very young black woman that was clearly new and a trainee. The trainee was nice and great, The older woman was unreasonably rude. I've never seen front desk hotel staff that are rude in my life and I've been to 2 star hotels before. What is this. I know Ibis is not a 5 star hotel, but being nice is !@#$ing free."
