"Enjoyed my stay. I took advantage 24 hour access to snacks and coffee bar. It was really nice to grab a mug of hot chocolate with marshmallows after an evening of strolling the streets of Lyon. We also took advantage of the free happy hour snacks a few times before heading out to one of the many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. "A clean warm room in an ideal location at a budget price. I am shocked how, given you cannot read anything about this hotel without knowing there is no lift, people still complain. The hotel is on the third floor, the steps are shallow and the friendly staff will carry your bags. We are in our 80s but the lack of a lift certainly didn’t spoil our stay We would go back"

"A charming hotel with a great vibe. All of the staff from the front desk to the cleaners were super helpful, friendly and welcoming. There is nice communal space to relax and lots of information on local attractions. Our room was a little basic but clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a kettle in the room with tea/coffee bags available for free at reception, where you could also find a daily detox fruit drink...very welcome after a heavy night. The real gem though is the attached jazz...
