Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Anlage (Weingut). Der Ort Villongo hat aber nichts zu bieten. Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel, die Beleuchtung mangelhaft. Lesen im Zimmer praktisch unmöglich.

Hervorragende Betten und fantastische Bettwäsche. Die Einrichtung der schönen und grossen Räume ist nicht ganz auf dem gleichen Niveau. Sehr grosses Badezimmer mit Tageslicht. Habe im Restaurant sehr gut gegessen. Weine vom eigenen Rebberg. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Prachtig hotel!

Het hotel ligt midden tussen de wijnvelden aan de rand van het dorp. Je bent binnen 5 minuten bij het meer. De 2 dorpjes aan het meer zijn levendig. Genoeg goede restaurantjes en gezellige winkels. Bij het hotel vind je rust. De kamer is zeer ruim en zeer stijlvol ingericht. Het bed is fantastisch. Ook bij het zwembad is het genieten in de comfortabele ligstoelen. De wijnen van het huis zijn ook zeker aan te raden. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben enorm genoten van de luxe en rust in het hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Wasser, deshalb wurde uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, alles ohne Probleme. Das Restaurant ist spitze, etwas teurer, aber sein Geld wert. Wir werden gerne wieder.

Beautiful Hotel, Poorly Managed business

Pros: - Our room was absolutely lovely: clean, blending original architectural elements with modern conveniences; many large, openable windows with fantastic views of the town and vineyard. - Excellent privacy: only 7 rooms in the hotel - Good location if you have a car: short drive to shopping, restaurants and lake Iseo. Cons: - This hotel has so much potential to be AMAZING, but our experience was completely undermined by the poorly trained hotel staff and lack of information for english-speaking guests. - The person working the Front Desk/Check-in is the only worker you have access to (besides possibly a waitress in the hotel restaurant) so to discover that each Day-Reception person has little or no english skills was a significant problem for us. Their knowledge of english, aside from rudimentary phrases/words, seemed to be rehearsed for only pushing hotel wine and promoting the hotel restaurant. They came across as seasonal summer students. - No hotel orientation info in the room for english guests, nothing. -Took 1 bag of laundry to reception (an advertised service). Didn't get sent out, was crammed under the reception desk. Staff blamed each other and then turned on us (!). - Internet only worked for 1 day of our 3 day stay. Called Front Desk. Worker didn't seem to care; said there were plans to get better router in a month or so. - Hotel held loud disco party in the evening on two nights. - Cleaning staff were intrusive.

What an amazing hotel! Brand new rooms and excellent food plus a private breakfast. 23 hope that we can afford this hideaway in the future when it is well known!

L'accueil laisse à désirer, la réception n'est pas indiquée et se trouve dans un recoin au bout d'un couloir le personnel vous croise mais ne cherche nullement à vous aider, leur seul intérêt est de vous diriger vers leur restaurant ou vers une consommation "dégustation" de leur production de vin

Gorgeous hotel and amazing staff

A must stay. Beautiful old castle with a delicious breakfast and upscale dinner restaurant. Fantastic outdoor pool and patio. A high class hotel with down to earth and attentive staff. A wine tasting from the onsite winery was also a highlight. Very unique, could not recommend more highly.

Very pleasant stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this recently renovated 12th century castle which sits in its own vineyards, and also houses a winery. It is very comfortable and the decor is stunning. Bed and breakfast is the service, and the breakfast buffet is impressive. For eating and drinking, the towns of Sarnica and Paratico are 5 minutes away by car, on the edge of Lago Iseo.
