"Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Chambre avec vue lac c’est magique. Lit confortable, ménage impeccable, accueil professionnel. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour profiter du lac et de la vieille ville. Le spa est très bien. Petit point négatif : Pour un palace, la décoration manque un peu de charme, notamment les restaurants. Le service pourrait aussi être amélioré ; une serveuse nous a servis tout en étant en conversation téléphonique personnelle et un autre ne savait pas ce qu’était un...

"Really nice staff who offered to keep my dog’s food cold in their refrigerator. We were well greeted and they gave me good nearby food recommendations. The main floor had a bit of a not so great smell and the room was pretty small but it was clean and I got a good night sleep. They also let me check out 30 minutes late. "Overall lovely stay, fantastic location, amazing views, rooms and facilities were lovely. Unfortunately we had an incident where 2 parasols blew over onto me whilst walking by the pool, hitting me on the back of the neck. I was given ice. I enquired about writing an accident report for health and safety reasons ( we had several witnesses). The manager said that they don’t do this but I would have needed to go to the hospital to get an official report if they were tp document this. At that time...

"Great location. Walking distance from the train station and bus terminal. Short walk to old city and the lake! Clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, fantastic rain shower with really good water pressure. Breakfast was quite good as they provide farm fresh eggs and the typical French breakfast accompaniments."

"This place is a hidden gem even in the rain. Beautiful views surrounded us. The view from our room was amazing. The attractive style of the hotel made us feel very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful. We rented e-bikes on property and cycled the lake trail. So fun!! Wish we’d allocated more than one night. I don’t see how you could be disappointed especially in the warmer months to use the lake amenities. Hope to return."

"This is an excellent hotel! The hotel is full service but also a quick walk to the historic center of Annecy. So the best of both worlds. We appreciated being able to reserve and pay to park our car in their small underground garage. The morning breakfast is not included but you have a choice between a very good buffet on the hotel terrace overlooking the lake or grab and go items at the small cafe in the lobby. "Fantastic location being walkable to restaurants, cafes, all the gorgeous sights and the train station. We stayed in a ‘Deluxe room, with lakeside terrace’ - the room was spacious with a comfy bed, good sized bathroom with toiletries and plenty of storage in the bathroom.
