The hotel is very authentic. The room was small but clean; the bathroom really tiny. Our kids loved the bunk bed. The breakfast was in a great ambience and the quality of the food good. Astrid Lindgren World is within walking distance, that allowed us to leave the car in the parking garage (free for guests). Also the square outside the hotel was nice to sit at during the evening, with some activities for kids (free mini golf or table tennis).

The hotel was great and right in the center of town. The only reason I gave 4 stars for facilities is that there was no communication that the spa would be closed. After long travels, looking forward to a sauna or soak and not being able to get that really dampers the day. Just wish the hotel had sent a note is all.

Godt hotel, men kaotisk morgenmad

Selve hotellet og værelset var rigtig fint, men jeg har aldrig været i en så kaotisk morgenmadsbuffet før. Jeg havde ikke overvejet, at der ville være mange børnefamilier på hotellet og naturligvis også til morgenmaden. Maden var ok, men det var bare kaotisk og folk nærmest væltede rundt over hinanden.

Läget och restaurangen är vad hotellet vinner på. Bra buffé och jättegott kaffe. Slottider att boka in sig på. Rummet var väldigt tråkigt och enkelt, kalla golv och kändes mer som ett jättebilligt hotell jämfört med priset man betalade för. Kuddarna är bara luft och ger inget stöd för nacken. Så rekommendation är att ta med sig egen. Spa avstängt under vår vistelse. Hade varit bra med en annan yta att hänga på när det varit så regnig sommar som det varit. Glöm inte heller att du som gäst måste skylta om du ska ha städning eller inte på rummet. Vi upptäckte att allt var ostädat och soporna kvar och hade inte fått den info från repan innan. Ett helt "ok" hotell men inte värt pengarna tyvärr.
