"The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures at all. Looks like the owner has neglected the maintenance of the property, everything is falling apart. The furniture is cheap, odd and tacky. The lock of hour room was basically broken and unsafe. In general, the vibe is eery. Food was horrible and extremely expensive. We preferred to loose our money and don’t stay the second night. "I had a wonderful stay at the Tropicana by Hilton in Cabo. Everything exceeded expectations, the food was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond, even asking for your preferred room-cleaning time and checking in in the evening to ensure everything was perfect. The pool area is beautiful and ideal for relaxing. Plus, the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with everything easily accessible. Highly recommend!"

"Will 100% be back. This pool was one of the best we’ve ever been to. The staff was so attentive and friendly! The decor is so beautiful- only downside is the food at the restaurant was silly expensive (like $150 for 2 people for breakfast!) so I’d say there’s a good coffee shop across the street! But the amenities are amazing! Clean and big villa rooms (stayed in a 1BR villa room)."
