"Tons of people smoking weed out front of their rooms. Found tons of bed bugs in each of our beds. Other people hair caught in the sheets and other places of the room. Definitely wasn’t expecting a resort, but this place is sketchy and dirty. Ended up leaving with my family and found a different hotel."

The hot water didn’t work in the shower, the bed sheets were covered in pet fur and human hair (obviously not from me) and there were bugs, including a roach I had to kill. The ac is old and makes a loud noise the entire time it’s running. "They only do housekeeping during the stay by request. The towel situation is ridiculous. They put two towel sets in the room. You have to walk those to the office before getting more. We had 4 people in a room and could only have half the towels we needed. The facility was clean. The office staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent."
