"Abandoned and hanging by a thread would be a great name, asked Expedia to please help me with giving me my money back to change hotels but said no. Nothing is as it says on listing. Bed was horrible hard and could see the springs throw the top. No light shades or plug covers. Everything had rust on it and the fake leather was peeling off everywhere. This is not a romantic get away like advertising said this is a ran down. Our tv remote wasn’t even for our room and was taped together. Just...

"Tons of people smoking weed out front of their rooms. Found tons of bed bugs in each of our beds. Other people hair caught in the sheets and other places of the room. Definitely wasn’t expecting a resort, but this place is sketchy and dirty. Ended up leaving with my family and found a different hotel."

"This apartment was beautiful inside and out. The staff was polite and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our experience. The atmosphere was laid back and so relaxing that we did not want to leave. We had no issues at all. The shopping and gas stations were in a very short driving or walking distance. The property was clean and the neighbors were quiet and friendly."

"They only do housekeeping during the stay by request. The towel situation is ridiculous. They put two towel sets in the room. You have to walk those to the office before getting more. We had 4 people in a room and could only have half the towels we needed. The facility was clean. The office staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent."

The hot water didn’t work in the shower, the bed sheets were covered in pet fur and human hair (obviously not from me) and there were bugs, including a roach I had to kill. The ac is old and makes a loud noise the entire time it’s running. I needed a place to lay down and sleep for a few hours before a drive back and honestly this wasn’t worth it for a solo quick travel so definitely wouldn’t be worth staying for a few days. "Clean and comfortable resort and rooms. I stayed in a double room, it was clean and comfortable but the room was extremely small for four. We only stayed 1 night, but for the price I definitely would recommend it. Next time I’ll get the 1br suite. The size kept me from giving it a 5 star! "
